2. How long does delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, if product stocks are available in the local warehouse, your orders will be sent out in 24 business hours, and shipping information will be updated in 72 business hours. Otherwise, it may take 5 business days to dispatch your parcel from an overseas warehouse.

4. For international packages, how customs charge?

Customers will pay for the customs on international packages (EU&UK).

5. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, and a maximum of four products can be contained in a package. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number, and carrier information. In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package.
