b. Please make sure it is not connected with high-power amplifier.

The sound from the headset is distorted.
The 7.1 virtual surround sound doesn't work.
a. Try to test it with different music and games.
b. Go to the driver and enter into EKSA audio center, then adjust the low frequency. The more you adjust, the stronger surround sound you'll get.
c. Select "Xear Surround Max".
The sound would disappear every time when I slightly hit the wire by mistake.
Please kindly troubleshoot the wire.

Can I enable the 7.1 surround sound? Does 7.1 surround sound work on my phone?
No, you cannot. And it can only work on PC with USB.
The wire/headband/cable interface has cracked into 2 piece. Can I get a free replacement?
If it is a clear physical damage where wear and tear of products, it won't be covered under warranty.
What's the difference among EKSA E900, E900 Pro and E900 Plus gaming headset?
