The shipping choices available from our Site's online store are estimates and do not guarantee the date of delivery.
Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends and holidays. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.

Customers will pay for the customs on international packages (EU&UK).
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, and a maximum of four products can be contained in a package. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number, and carrier information. In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. The refund of the order will be processed after the order cancelled and it may take 1-5 business days to return to your original payment bank. We DO NOT accept the order cancellation request if the product is already shipped out.
Returns/replacement (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return if the product delivers with manufacturing defectives. Please contact us with the return request within 14 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for the exact return address before shipping it back. (Note: we will not accept returns without our approval.)
Please note that we can ONLY accept return/replacement due to product issues for ONE TIME within 24-Month Warranty.
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. After a mutual confirmation, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please Notice, if the goods delivery failed as incomplete shipping address(Especially local carrier needs detailed house info.), we would NOT offer refund for this.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
