All orders will be shipped out in 48 hours after placed successfully.

• UK & other EU countries: 7-10 Days
• Most rest countries: 10-30 Days;

2. Shipping Methods

• USPS, UPS, ROYAL MAIL, DHL and other local partnered trusted delivery carrier. We will send you an email with the tracking information once your order gets shipped.

3. Shipping Fee

• Free shipping for orders on $55 and up;
• Customers have to pay shipping fee $6 for orders below $55

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. The refund of the order will be processed after the order cancelled and it may take 1-5 business days to return to your original payment bank. We DO NOT accept the order cancellation request if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns/replacement (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return if the product delivers with manufacturing defectives. Please contact us with the return request within 14 days after delivery of the product.

Please note that we can ONLY accept return/replacement due to product issues for ONE TIME within 24-Month Warranty.
